Project Description

Located in the Riley Park-Little Mountain neighbourhood just west of Main street near the entrance to Queen Elizabeth Park and Hillcrest community centre. This location has an 83% walk score (most errands can be accomplished on foot) and has a 98% bike score (bikers paradise!)

The site is 10,890 SF (99 x 110) with a total buildable area of approximately 30,000 SF. The 2894 SF of common amenity area includes a kitchen and dining room, lounge, common laundry, children’s playroom, guest room, shared office space, multi-purpose room and informal nooks on every level to support spontaneous connection among neighbours.

The building is six stories with townhouse units at ground level. There are 25 units, sizes range from 498SF (one bedroom) to 1150SF (three bedrooms plus den) with a variety of floor plans to meet the diverse needs of singles, couples and families. Parking is underground. The landscape is designed to support children’s play and includes gathering areas for outdoor cooking and eating as well as a sunny roof deck for gardening and other outdoor activities.

The building was designed to meet Passive House certification and includes many other sustainable features such as: Zero Green House Gas (no gas service), sustainable building materials, and urban agriculture. The building was completed date in March 2021.
